An Invitation to Serve
Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I’m excited to share that this year’s Ministry of the Third Cross Sapphire & Sunset Gala will take place on November 8th at Whitley Hall (Oblate). As we prepare for this important evening, I’m reaching out to ask you to prayerfully consider joining the MOTC Gala Team to help make this event a success.
​
The gala is not only a wonderful evening of fellowship but also a vital step toward our shared vision — the building of a retreat center for MOTC. This center will serve as a home for ministry, healing, and transformation for countless lives. To reach that goal, we need this year’s gala to be bigger and better than ever.
​
While I am fully committed to the gala, the demands of my current work schedule limit the time I can give to organizing all of the many details. That’s why I am inviting you — friends, family, and fellow MOTC sisters & brothers to come together with love for our community to make a greater impact. Your involvement and support will make a tremendous difference, and together, we can accomplish so much more.

Here are some of the key areas where we need your help:​

Silent Auction – We are gathering 30 baskets to feature during the evening.

Gallery Exhibition – We hope to display 10 original paintings for attendees to enjoy.

​Ticket Sales – We have 400 seats to fill, with a special focus on sponsor-level tables:

Sapphire Level — $2,500

Sunset Level — $2,000

Gala Level — $1,500

Raffles & Drawings:

$35 raffle for a Sapphire ring

$5 50/50 cash drawing
